A fun and fanciful toy! Berhnard Tucher paid a beautiful tribute to the 1902 silent film La Voyage dans la Lune Voyage to the Moon. His figurines are pressed from high quality steel, joined and painted by hand to achieve their great detail. Horizontal as well as vertical propellers all spin simultaneously to create quite a breeze. A 3V electric motor is included as well as the signature Wilesco D-15 vertical motor and D-6 boiler. The sign on the base, printed in German, outlines the homage to the great old silent movie. An anchor is added to keep the machine in a holding pattern!
