| Donald Cranko's Engineering factory was in Havelock North, New Zealand in the mid 1940s a line of steam powered toys under the name Movie Models were produced along side General engineering . School pupils were employed, part time, to handle such tasks as toy painting, assembly etc. Production ceased in 1956 when Donald move to Kerikeri northland. The factory was leased to another firm but burnt down in 1959. | |||
